Mubea eCargo · Bike Safety Guides
A secure load makes every stop safer.
Before loading
Park on suitable ground and secure the bike using your trained parking procedure. Check the cargo area and doors for damage.
- Use the payload and total weight limits for your exact bike and body configuration.
- Arrange parcels low and evenly, following your fleet loading plan.
- Restrain the load with the approved equipment so it cannot slide during braking or turns.
- Keep doors, latches, lights and your view unobstructed.
As deliveries change the load
Recheck remaining parcels after unloading. Empty spaces can let packages move. Stop safely to secure anything that shifts or rattles.
Ride for the load
Build speed gradually, brake early and take corners slowly. A four-wheel cargo bike still has handling limits. Avoid sudden steering, sharp turns at speed and travelling over kerbs or steps.
Use the bike label, current manual and fleet instruction. Published maximum figures for a different model are not permission to load yours to that weight.

Distribute and secure the load, keep within your approved fleet limits and close the cargo doors before moving.
