🚨What Should I Do If I'm Involved in an Accident?

If you're involved in an accident, remain calm and ensure everyone is safe.

Complete the Accident Report Form and follow the instructions exactly. All requested information and photographs are required before the report can be processed.

Important: Do not leave out any details, as incomplete reports may delay the investigation.

🚐 How Do I Report Vehicle Damage?


Never report vehicle damage through the Amazon Flex app. All vehicle damage, no matter how small, must be reported through the AFS App. This includes:

- Scratches / Dents
- Broken lights
- Mirror, Bumper, Windscreen, Tyre damage

Reporting damage promptly helps keep everyone safe and prevents further issues.

🛞 My Tyre is Damaged or Bald


Always report tyre damage or excessively worn tyres immediately.Your manager can either:Arrange the repair for you, or Provide you with the contact details of the approved tyre supplier.

🔧 My Van Has a Serious Mechanical Issue


If your van develops a significant fault, breaks down, or becomes unsafe to drive: Pull over somewhere safe if necessary. Inform your manager immediately. Your manager will provide the relevant breakdown or recovery contact details.

Never continue driving a vehicle you believe is unsafe.

⛔ My Vans Groundable


If your van has been identified as groundable: Do not drive the vehicle into the yard if it is going to be grounded. Contact your manager immediately for further instructions. Your manager will advise on the whether the vehicle is safe to use or where to head for repairs

🔑 I've Lost My Keys / Locked Them in the Van

If you lose your van keys or accidentally lock them inside the vehicle, remain with the vehicle at all times and contact your manager immediately. Provide your exact location and wait for further instructions. Do not leave the vehicle unattended or attempt to gain entry yoursel

Please be aware: Lost keys will incur a £250 replacement charge. If the keys are locked inside the van, any locksmith call-out fees and associated costs are the responsibility of the driver.Taking care of your vehicle keys helps avoid unnecessary delays, costs and disruption to operations.
